What does it mean if he wants to meet up with me on a Sunday evening?

Long story short, I met this guy I like a few months backs. Things were hot and heavy but the timing wasn’t right for me even though I still really liked him. Most of our time together was spent drinking and hooking up.

He’s been more inconsistent with texting but we do every once in a while.

We reconnected at a group event a few weeks ago and he texted me the next day that it was great to see me.

I told him I’m going through some emotional things and he’s been asking if I need anything. I finally told him I’d love to chat for support.

He’s agreed to meet me on Sunday evening. Should I be reading anything into this? Why Sunday?

But I do get the feeling that he’s hanging out with another girl this weekend. That could be why he could only meet me on Sunday evening. I’m not for certain though. He does seem to be a bit more responsive to my text messages.

I think it’s a good thing we’re meeting in public for the first time rather than drinking and hooking up on Fridays and Saturdays. But the fact he gave me a small window on a Sunday of all days to meet, does concern me a bit.

Yea, I suppose it is a holiday weekend too. Should I see it as a good sign that he’s at least making time for me and wants to meet in a public venue?

I should have listened to my gut. He was supporting a “friend” in the mental ward the whole weekend and had been supporting her before as well.

He knew I was also going through a tough time but chose to only spend a few hours with me tonight.

Yes, I’m done. It was a bit of fake empathy on his part. I don’t even know why he met tonight. Waste of time.

The situation is a bit complex. I haven’t told the other part which is I actually got pregnant by him and couldn’t keep it. I told him last week, he seemed supportive but was totally gaslighting me tonight. Pretty much interrogating me about it and questioning if I was ever pregnant in the first place.

Granted, I did not tell him I had an abortion until afterwards. Mainly because I felt like I couldn’t trust him for support. Tonight when I told him I didn’t want kids he kept saying “Oh, you mean in theory you don’t want kids”. Then he kept saying that he couldn’t figure out how I got pregnant because he wore a condom.
