Does my guy cousin like me?

It's obvious from his movements that he likes me but of course I don't want to assume that he really likes me. Because he is my first cousin and it is impossible for that to happen. But in my mind when I compared one of my cousins to him, he was the only one who was really touchy and naughty to me. Please help me what you think if my guess is really correct that he likes me.
