Is it healthy for adult men to watch people play video games on Twitch?

For some reason it makes me super turned off for a man to be so into video games.
But I feel this way of thinking is flawed because it’s no different than any other hobby someone may have.

So I guess I’m just trying to figure out if maybe I’m disturbed by men who play/watch video games due to an instinct or if it’s just not my cup of tea.

Sorry if I offended anyone. I’m just trying to figure out the allure.

I don't watch on twitch, but I watch highlight videos on youtube of one of my favorite games growing up, Dota 2. This game takes a lot of effort, with the typical game taking an average of 45 minutes, that means some games are 25 minutes, and others can be 60, 80, or more. So instead of playing, I can watch all the highlights in a 10-25 minute video. Plus the people who are playing have entertaining personalities, or you can watch professionals to see how the top 1% play. I elect to do this because TV shows are dogshit and I don't want to spend the time or energy playing myself. I don't really see how it's all that different from watching sports, it's just a little bit more nerdy I suppose.

I get that videogames are sort of juvenile... but I don't want to have to be a big serious adult every second of my life.

Why do women have to 'figure everything out'?
I can't say I've ever wasted a bunch of time and energy figuring out why women love the Lifetime Network, or the ballet, etc... it's so funny...

Its simply another hobby that like most when done too much can be a issue but mwh if it's a turn off for you what more to say

Anything you do as a hobby is healthy. If they like to watch people play (which is a very narrowed way to say what twitch is) then it's ok.

Twitch can be watched from a mobile device (I guess technically tv can too but I have yet to meet anyone so obsessed with tv that they have to use their phone to watch it when they’re away from home).
I feel bothered by my boyfriends consumption of Twitch because at times it seems like he can’t go without it. I’m just wondering when it crosses the territory from fun thing to watch after work, into addiction territory.

Then it's more the addiction, not twitch itself. If he was addicted to tv, it would suck just as much
