If she wanted to, sure. The worst thing that would happen is that I'd cut the rest of it off, or just wait a week and cut it again. In case you haven't figured it out, I keep my hair pretty short, and since I normally wear a hat, if the hair on top is messed up, no one is going to see it anyway.
