Why are people so mean?

Yesterday my boyfriend was hurt and now everyone makes fun of him.
He basically hurt his balls so he was on the floor for a while and then he was carried at the nurse office. She decided to sent him back home and today he is still at home.
In the class everyone says he is so weak, he is a wimp, he over exaggerates, he's not a real guy...

I tried to defend him but not being a guy I didn't know what to say...

He was here although he said it is embarrassing because they are still teasing him about being weak and taking days off. It seems it will never end

People tend to laugh at other when they are happy they are not in the same situation. It is both because they don't want to admit their weaknesses and a kind of relief.

Maybe they are very young but ususally everyone knows that testicular injuries are extremely painful. I teach sports and from my experience it is quite common that a kick to that area immobilizes the victim for a few minutes.
I guess he was badly hurt if he had to stay home, I hope he is fine now.

People are just mean. Especially in school. But over time they will forget or something else will seem more important. So just check up on him and when he comes back be there with him. Likely they will still tease him but you can be there to lift his spirits if he's sad

I don’t know if he is in HS or middle school kids are just mean and laugh at stuff like that.


How did he get hit was he playing a sport or anything? What was he wearing? Hopefully he was ok. I’ve been hit my fair share of times playing sports it’s never fun.

To make him feel better I’d suggest going to visit him and checking on/massaging his parts for him. Let him low that he looks strong to you. Joke around with him that he only went down Bc of how big he is there, and stuff like that to make him feel better.

Make sure he knows how masculine and good his junk and bulge looks to you. Let him know that just because he is sensitive down there doesn’t mean he is weak and doesn’t make his package any less sexy to you.

Yikes I don’t know why they are calling him a wimp it was a literal softball to his most sensitive area. I’d fall to the ground even if a softball hit me in the chest or leg! Those things travel fast! Throw a softball at full speed at one of those guys and see how they feel.

Does he play any other sports? If he does play any sports with a high risk he could perhaps wear a cup in that area.
