In the real world, you don't "meet" a person's personality first - you see them physically. And you don't always see them from the front, so you might not be able to see their face, etc. So, the first thing most people see is the person's silhouette: their overall body size, shape, and type. Are they tall or short, fat or thin, proportionate or weirdly built. Those kinds of things.

Next for me is often a girl's hair. Often, you don't see a girl from the first at first, so you'll often get a better look at her hair than her face. If I like what I've seen so far, I'm often going to make an effort to see her face, so that's next. We like to see her eyes and her smile in particular.

After all that, for me, it's boobs, but I'm a "breast man". Other guys are "ass men" or "leg men" or even "feet men" or something even more obscure.

Somewhat in this order:
1. Just the general personality. Of course that HAS to be the first thing to attract your attention. This inherently means I already found the face attractive. (Unnecessary piercings, big ugly tattoos, gothic look, careless look... All a big put off).
2. Her feet. ANY little blemish from perfection is a turn off for me. I actually follow that with her hands.
3. Body hair (arms, legs, face... and if visible, underarms). If i dont find it feminine enough, thats a turnoff for me.

It heavily varies. It could be just the first thing I happen to look at. Like if I turn my head and she's facing away then it might be her hair or her shirt, it could even be how thin her arm is if I happen to see that first. But if she's facing me then my eyes tend to gravitate towards her face, so that's probably what I tend to notice first most often.
