Do guys show concern the same way girls do?

Depends on how you describe your problem to him. If he is the type when sick he wants to be left alone to rest more he may think you feel the same and want to be left alone. Unless you tell him what you want he will likely react the way he would want you to react if he were in the same situation as you are.

I am not saying that guys do not have feelings or will not understand, NO.

It's just not them. They usually do not ask. I mean some men do not ask even if they are concerned. They either stay with u, help u if ur not fine or will give u space thinking u need time and space and not an overbearing men at that time. Men are not that expressive as women. At least not all the time.

Generally I would say guys would check in though.
If they didn't it may depend on how well they know the other person, what the issue /illness is and duration of it.

I know my partner likes to be left to recover and sleep and does not like being checked on.
