Guys, Does my coworker like me?

So I work with this guy and he seems was to good to be true. I trained him and didn’t like him like anything other than a friend but one day I noticed him staring at me and he would always say hi to me then eventually started teasing me and I started to catch feelings. When I am around him he always looks at me but I pretend I don’t see him. Also when I am talking to a guy I can see on the corner of my eye he is watching and the second the guy leaves he talks to me. We don’t have each other on social media but he jokes with me saying he wants to be my favorite. There has been a couple of times where we walked past each other and he says my name smiles then touches my arm. I don’t see him doing this with other girls but I am just curious.
