What does it mean when a guy says “Hey” with a giggle and smiles at you? He always seems shy around me and there’s been a time his words got jumbled when he was talking to me because he was nervous. During this time he was also smiling and kind of laughing. Also, when I walked into the room, he kinda laughed. Does this mean anything? When we do talk it’s always flirtatious eyes, smiling and giggling. Almost like we make each other shy.
