Nope, just doing what has been asked, once I would have and did mentor women, not just in my own field (engineering) but my own nieces before they went to Uni so they would be prepared. but now I leave women to their own devices, as now if I try to offer any mentoring I receive a whole load of vitriolic dogma in return so now I will offer Absolutely Nothing to women in this country, luckily my work takes me to other countries where mentoring is taken in the spirit in which it is offered.
