Why does this guy talk easily to all girls but me?

He interacts with all the girls of the class easily, is kinda outgoing but when it comes to me he becomes awkward. Avoiding eye contact, becoming clumsy. I tried to talk to him a few times, he was very shy and last time he quickly escaped.
But he keeps staring at me from afar and also always smile at me when we cross each other.

It just happens. There are female colleagues who are super outgoing with other guys but when I am within the vicinity of conversation, they just go numb and silent. Not because they have feelings or anything. Well, some do have feelings. The female friends that I have told me that before they became friends with me, there was an aura about me that was very intimidating. And there's nothing we can do about that intimidating aura - it's what it is. But it does cloud the true nature of your sweet and gentle personality.

I think the guy is attracted - I caught him looking at me a lot of times, often he stares in the corner of the eye lol. But he is incredibly shy.

Just like how you present yourself around others, be the same around him. Be yourself. The universe has its way of working things out.

And him staring at you, I call that admiring the beauty of God's creation.
