Why would an outgoing and charming guy talk to every girl but me?

Is it because I'm shy and unapproachable?
I see this happen a lot with guys... they get quiet around me or weird. I sometimes wish I could be more extroverted so guy's don't think I'm stuck up or something. If they only knew I'm really down to earth and sweet.

This guy tho... He seems confident around everyone else and other girls especially, but with me he looks and acts kinda goofy lol. His head almost came off when he nodded to say what's up... he is a white guy trying to act hood/gangsta lol, which is totally not him that's why he looked goofy. Why does he seem to befriend other girls and not me?

P. S. I know I'm 28 years, but I'm a late bloomer. I'm trying to understand guys better :-)

Just start being and acting like your a gift for man. Confidence you just need. How are you after you toss back a few. You more open and talk more freely. Well bring that person out without the booze? I know easier said then done right I know. But that what you have to do. I was shy to. Now I am God gift to middle aged women. I snap my fingers and they come from everywhere. Even when I am dresses in a satin and lace teddy stocking and high heels. Well they are laughing now, but they are still here. So it counts.

most of my problem is that I'm not outgoing but real shy

Well I have a great deal of confidence when just talking to people and being myself, but if I have a crush on someone that confidence disappears the moment i think of talking to them, maybe that's why.
