What does it mean when a guy playfully punches you?

yea.. so same guy from my previous post. I actually was about to go to sleep then he insisted coming over to drop something (very small) off. So he came, hugged me, then playfully punched my stomach on 2 separate occasions, i found that odd.. he's never done that before. But he said he usually does that to his sisters. But he stood near me a lot again and always ended up next to me. Also before he left he was talking to my friend outside, but he found someway to come back inside yet again and he teased me and said by time me one more time.

See I honestly think it's an exuse to touch me, I feel like he mentioned he sisters as a way of "catching himself" sorta. He always finds reasons to touch me, or insist on showing up if I'm there. He's touched me a lot more than guy friends I've known for years, in a few months
