I've noticed a lot of times, where we connect eyes. I'll look up and we will connect eyesor I'll do it first and he'll stare back. Sometimes he'll quickly look at me and then look away real fast. There are also times where I see him looking in my direction from far away. So is it from me looking at him or something else?

If he’s interested he’ll approach you. The back and forth staring is cute but what is he willing to do about it? Any guy can stare and play eye games then exit without taking a step forward.
