Girls, Which of these two personality types are more attractive in a man who is already very good looking (physically attractive)?

very calm, very nurturing, very gentle, speaks softly, highly sensitive person (HSP as psychologists and neuroscientists call it)

Both in their own way. I would say I'm a mix of both. I'm both very outgoing, talkative and social, but I'm also very sensitive and nurturing. I would say one doesn't exclude the other. In my eyes, the talkative social one does initially spike my attention more though.

To describe my husband, he's my "energetic extrovert" which is the type I prefer.
Meanwhile, he describes me as his "vivacious vixen" which is just the female version of him.

To be honest I like a combination of the two. I like a party guy who’s social because I’m kinda like that and so are my friends. But I also like him to be a deep person, and to not be SO talkative that it’s annoying after awhile. I guess I like someone who’s like me, who’s an ambivert.

I bealive most of the girls would choose an extrovert person, because its stereotypically more manly, and it is what we like, but if I choose a boyfriend, its not so important if he is talkative or shy, its how we feel when we are together. There is no perfect person, we can only be perfect for each other.

Either one can be attractive. For me though, I'd say being big hearted goes a long way. It's easy to care about someone that cares about you. If I had to pick, I'd probably be more interested in B
