Guys, What does it mean when your ex follows you on social media?

So me and my ex haven’t really been together long, maybe a couple months. We broke up after we got into a really heated argument. (No one cheated or anything like that) And after we broke up, I immediately blocked all of his accounts. And im pretty sure he knew that he was blocked. I recently unblocked him, like a week ago (bc i started to miss him lol) but I never reached out. And yesterday I see that he followed me so i followed him back. Its been a couple days and he hasn’t texted me since following me. He only watches my stories. I’m not sure what do to or what this means.
