True colors - who they really are be it a good or bad person. By rejecting them it reveals their true character

It really depends on how well they take it, some get very angry and violent. That is for sure their true colors and I feel like I dodged a bullet.

Some get manipulative and mean, but not violent. Very passive-aggressive and that is also another good situation I dodged.

Others take it with stride or they just don't care and move on... those are hard to tell if they just didn't care or if they are not letting me see how they really are.

Just a tip ALL guys respond to rejection negatively. Because generally a guy asks a woman out because he believes she's signaled to him in some way her openess to being asked out. But some guys aren't going to show you how their feeling if rejected.

@ChiTown33 The fact that I'm super friendly, probably makes a lot of guys think I'm interested in them, but not all respond negatively, had some I rejected and we just became friends, hanging out and even helped to set them up on dates with friends and stuff.

I would like an update on this question. I'd like to know what " true colors" mean. Because it has a negative connotation to it.
It can actually mean either but it can mean while she may still not be interested he handled himself in the proper way (regardless of whether she led him on or not).

Yes, some guys show their true colors when a girl rejects them but I grew up and not immature so I can take when a lady rejects me

I know. The fact that that is what you focus on kind of tells what kind of a person you are. If you just rejected a guy why would you focus in his weakness. Because you're not a nice person.
