I gave an excuse of being cold several times and use it to hug his arm, lie on his shoulders and hold hands with him. I asked him if he minds and he was chill with it. When i do all these he just doesn't reciprocate. He just sits there. Does he like me back?

maybe. i think he likes me. He remembers even the not so important stuff i told him (e. g. my childhood pet). When i asked him he just told me he pays attention when someone says something

Hmmm. Your answer isn't all that convincing to me. I mean yes, it COULD mean that he pays attention to you and remembers those little things, but if he has a good memory he would naturally remember them. Guys tend to be less touchy feely than girls except when it is something really special, that all goes out of the window, I'm not convinced he sees you as that someone special. I might in your position be a little guarded with your emotions around him for a while and see if he notices, or cares!
