This girl keeps hugging my boyfriend?

What should I say to this girl who keeps hugging my boyfriend? He doesn't like her AT ALL and she only does this when I'm not around. He also said that she does it more now that me and him are together and didn't really do it before that. She has some mental thing and doesn't understand things like a normal person, but I'm pretty certain she has a crush on him and I want her to keep her hand OFF of my man! So, how should I confront her about this?

Also, he's directly told her to stop hugging him and he dodges hugs from her, and yet she still does it.

You simply have to be orderly and polite but firm and ask to speak to her alone about the physical thing with your guy, and if she flies off the handle stay calm, but hold your ground, if the guy means enough to you, otherwise she will eventually take him from you.
