What does it mean when a guy is very sensitive with you?

He says he doesn't easily feel bad when someone says something to him that might hurt him but when I do or say something that's not even "hurtful" I would say he gets easily upset with me. Like for eg: I didn't sit next to him when I had the option to but I sat behind him and he got upset by that. I don't think that's anything to get upset over. Similarly, when I was leaving once I didn't fist bump him as I did our other friend and he got upset by that too saying in front of us that I forgot on purpose.

He gets upset over the smallest of things with me only. Why so? He states at me a lot too mostly when I'm not looking and sometimes he doesn't care that I know he's staring. He also flirts with me a lot.

You know how a parent saying that they are proud or disappointed can have life altering impact? It is because we let it mean so much. Which we presumably do because they are important enough to us to warrant that.
And that's about all the help I have to offer. If he reacts strongly to just you it is because yo him what you do matters a lot. Could be good, could be bad. Presumably since you voluntarily hang out it is more likely good.

Yea he definitely likes you - I'm much more subtle than this but it has happened to me to behave this way when I really wanted the girl's attention and didn't know why she didn't give it to me..

Because he too needs attention from his Girlfriend knowing that he is being loved and not ignored.

He has a soft spot for you and probably likes you a lot. My man is a pretty tough guy and I have seen him get pretty sensitive over me before.
