What does it mean when a guy cares about you a lot and has feelings for you?

Someone told me that this guy I know "cares about me a lot" and "has feelings for me"

What does this mean? Does he love me?

That could mean that this person has a crush on you and that he would like to be intimate with you.

Guys in this age group are usually slaves of their hormones and by saying what he did, he was just repeating what his hormones were dictating him. In other words, he wants to get into your pants and that is about it.

If you don't know this person well enough and have not been interacting on a platonic way before, then that is how you have to understand his sentence.

Be careful because once he got what he wanted, you are history and just another victim on his body count and trophy list.

he's my friend, we talk and hangout all the time. He's like my best friend, I feel at home whenever I'm with him.

I don't think that "cares about me a lot" and "has feelings for me" necessarily means "love" yet but those things could eventually lead to love. At this point, it could just mean that he likes you as a person and feels romantic attraction to you. If you decide to date and things go well then in time that could become love but my guess would be that it's not that just yet.

Yes he probably does he´s just not sure if he wants to be in a relationship or just wants to be friends with you.
