Guys, What does it mean when a guy says he cares for you?

I'm seeing this guy and he acts like my boyfriend we have sex once a week if even that but he wants to spend everyday with me spoils me let's me use his car all the time (his new camero) he says he cares about me but hasn't said anything about actually bieng my boyfriend but acts like one he talks about the future with me taking vacation etc calls me all the time but sometimes he makes comments like he dosent want a girlfriend he tells me he cares about me and can never stop thinking about me when he's with his friends he's always telling me to go with him cuddles with me tells me I don't need a man he's there for anything I need so what does this mean what does "I care about you" really mean that's all he says
