If a guy remembers the first time he met you?

It was a pub crawl a few years ago with mutual friends. He remembers when it was, what pub it was, who was with you, something you did (party trick). Is this normal or is there any significance to it? We're not good friends more aquaintances really. I just found it a little odd because I don't generally remember stuff like that off hand but if I sat and thought about it, maybe

I believe theer is significance to it. we remember things that have some meaning to them. You say it was a few years ago. That's quite impressive that he remembers all that info. I can't remember what I ate last night. Why not? Because it wasn't signiicant to me.

So yes he has fond memories of you, in my opinion.
