What does it mean, when a guy post this. I see shit very clear without my glasses?

So, Just the week before last. Apparently my ex Crush sent me a follow request all social media. So I added him, and sent one back to him as well. But he was delaying on accepting it. So by the next day later on that morning. I removed him from following me, because I saw that he reviewed my story and I'm sure he was looking through my page and pictures and all. Now remind you guys I haven't talked to this man since last year. We just kind of drifted apart and I completely distance myself from him I carried on with my life and moved on as well. Yes I still care for him. But he wasted a lot of time and years with me, now the sucker wants to return after a year. Smh. But anyways, later on that day. He saw then I removed him I guess he tried to visit my page and saw that he was removed. I have all my settings private. But he sent me a message and said. (I see shit very clear without my glasses). Like, I don't understand especially with him because he put me or had me in a third-party situation. Then at the end he chose his pass a karmic that treated him like crap. So I'm guessing that they're not together now or maybe he's keeping it a secret I don't know. But this on and I'll take the saying it's not going to happen this year. But anyways what message was he trying to get across when he said that to me, and why was he feeling some type of way. When I removed him? 🤔🤔
