Do you date or not?

Question

I don’t. I don’t think women deserve me. I’m a good guy, driven and successful. I have good values.

My experiences with women are somewhat poor and limited. I’ve been treated poorly and kind of shrugged off. I’m tall and handsome too. Never had a relationship, or kissed.

It might sound weird but I’ve just kind of lost interest as well in finding someone. I’d much rather be alone these days.

I am a decent looking man with a good career. In my country I can say that I am the top 5% of society. I do not date currently and for a long time. But I am not saying that I will never date. And the reason for that is the behavior of women in general. Women, due to social media, have an extremely inflated sense of sexual mean value (SMV). I find myself making 99 % of the effort when I am in courtship phase. Many times, I have thought to leave the attempt but then I didn't because I was in a scarcity mindset while she was in an abundance mindset. Meaning she had a lot more options than me. It was always like I got one word back for every ten I said, that is until I in said the wrong things and blew my chances. I don't blame myself for it because if you let someone talk for long enough, they are going to say something that might offend you.

As I aged and entered my 30s, the hormones took a backseat and thinking transferred from the little head to the big head. I saw all around how miserable married couples were and how cost of living was increasing. My friend (male) told me that his wife wanted him to buy a six-seater solid wood dinner table set when they were only two people. He had a good large coffee table that can easily seat two people face to face. I had sat there for many years and now his wife wanted him to throw that away. When we believed there was absolutely nothing wrong with the table. I ended up asking for it and he gladly gave it. It was like an old pet that no one wanted. Much like us men. Sorry for going on a tangent but as I am writing on the same table on my laptop it came to my mind.

I don't date. Mostly because I'm not looking for a relationship. Also I started working on my issues and improving my life. Walked around for years dealing with my head being a huge mess. Now that it's a lot less of a mess, dating and relationships very much seem like more of a risk then anything. Because of all the crap that come from both.

I’m not currently dating and haven’t dated in a few years now. That includes casual stuff and hookups but they aren’t really my thing anyway even if I’ve done them in the past.

I use to date quite a bit before but now don’t see the point unless I meet them in person and evaluate pro and cons maybe a date once a year. Main reason for this being it’s a waste of both my time and theirs as I don’t have the energy in getting to know someone well that’s new right now and that includes friendships too (that are very close) unless it’s really worth it and I want it focus on my goals, gym life, studies and work etc. I used to say I don’t have time but that’s a lie lol.

On the flip side if they dated me they would probably find out I would be interested very quickly at first then suddenly stop that’s how it usually was but I don’t play games anymore either and just like it be straight with people

Wish others could also be as straight as I am with them. -Looking for something long term and serious, not really actively looking. Sex is great. Lots of it. but I’m sceptical of others intentions before doing it. And so forth

Hm, not dating due to the pandem and once I feel comfortable doing so I don't know if I ever will. It just feels like a chore which is just my discreet way of saying Im not emotionally available to do so. So if I have an 'itch' I need to scratch ill just use the good ole apps while I keep working on building my career. Im trying to vacay as much as I financially can.

I don´t date because I don´t have the money to and I have too many problems of my own to be a safe harbor for another person. Sometimes I wish though that I could find a partner because it can be lonely if everybody is taken and you´re the only one single.

I go on dates but not really 'dating.' I have close guy friends but I also work full time and have lots of health stuff in my life that makes it all very busy. Just be clear on what you are looking for and hoping to establish when you find someone. If you don't want that then don't.

I want to date, however, dating is ruined now… Most are offering the milk for free before the cow is bought. the reason why some guys don’t see a point in dating… Women are tired of community dick and men are tired of it being “their turn.” Or so it seems, so it’s like, what’s even the point in dating anymore? I'm not dating. It's pointless bc they're all gold diggers. Lately I find it more pleasant (and hell of a lot cheaper) to simply order a hooker to have sex with, instead of going out with a woman who will eventually use me as a source of money and will break my heart, if I let my guard down.

I enjoy my freedom, no not to sleep around - but my actual freedom.
