If he doesn’t like you, why would he hook up with you? More importantly, why are you hooking up with him? It’s one of three situations from what I can tell. He likes you, but you aren’t into him so he’s accepted his status as a hookup; he doesn’t like you, but doesn’t want anyone else to have you; or he’s dating other people but doesn’t want his easy hookup to go away either.
