Everytime once I I intiate, he will lead the conversation and it becomes him talking 60% and me talking 40% and he won't let me sleep till about 3am everytime. Isn't it weird?

to be 100% honest, it's because you aren't his first choice for flirting. he's flirting with someone else. some people have a hierarchy for flirting, if he doesn't text you at all but responds ONLY after you text, that means you're in line.
