What does it mean if a guy who catches you staring at him doesn't look away?

I was just unconsciously looking at my crush. He caught me staring at him and then I don't know we ended up having this weird and intense eye contact for more than 20 seconds. Then i looked away he didn't. He had no expression at all it was blank but the eye contact was so intense. Does he think i am creepy?

Nop, that is normal, let's call it "stare challenge". In most cases we do that when we cross eye contact with girl we like or find "interesting". :D
