Do guys stare at girls they find unbelievable ugly and weird?

This guy knows I like him, after he knew that he started staring at me he said he keep looking at me with a blank stare because he thinks am so ugly he shocked that what he said.
When he stares at me I will smile and wave he doesn’t do it back he just stares and he called me werid so I just starting to ignore him but he goes out of his way to stare at me he would turn around and stare at me. I approached him and I asked him why but I was to shy so I gave him a note and he spit of it and laughed and looked at me while doing so.

I moved one I talk to other guys now but when I do so he stares at me and tells them not to talk to me because am weird and crazy. He also is a popular kid and am not but I have a bad reputation. But I tried to ignore him but he will turn around and stare at me I went into his class and he just stares at me I smiled and walk away.

after 1 week of doing this he came up to me and told me am mad weird and he would never date me I told him okay thank you for being honest. But he still stares at me and he not a shy kid at all. I leaned to ignore but why would you keeps looking at a gurl for weeks if she so ugly.

around his friends he just glances at me or they kick me I gave him a lucky charm bracelet he spit on it and said “oh hell no don’t give me anything you hella weird and I don’t like you” after that I was done with him for good

but why would a guy do all this if am so ugly and super weird but I just ignore him.

First of all you're not ugly, weird nor mad... second of all you sound like a nice person and he sounds so rude and manipulator... Even if he likes you, run, don't give him a change because someone like that would make a "toxic relationship" .. And he might be a narcissist because he sounds arrogant, he criticizes you, he is lowering you and he tries to manipulate you that you're not good enough and that's not true so search on the internet on " narcissist's behavior" and see if it applies to him... And don't let him get away with this, defend yourself and you could defend yourself politely by saying " oh thanks for your opinion but I know myself better and I know that I'm not mad, ugly or weird so I don't care about people's opinions " , leave him and ignore him as much as you can... because you don't need rude people in your life, the only thing they do is destroying your self-esteem

I think the best way is to ignore him, if you look at him or catch him staring, just look away, don't smile or keep staring at him back... I don't know why he stares but it could be for many reasons, maybe you have something attractive like good hair, good body, cute face but he is denying all that... Or maybe he thinks you like him so he stares at you to see if you stare back or do anything that proves you like him... anyways He's a bully so don't take his words seriously and if he said anything rude, defend yourself... Like why would you be weird or crazy if you smile or give gifts? That seems so nice and you're not ugly for sure
