What do I do if I have a pretty face but ugly body?

I can attract muscular guys gym going guys, guys with great body’s who will take me out and pay and everything but when they see me naked yes they still sleep with me and be polite but I can see the disgust on their face at my cellulite stretch marks and sagging breasts and stomach they usually don’t call me again after seeing me naked or if they do they basically just want to sleep with me and the whole time it feels I’m nothing but a hole for them.
im 5’9 and 200lbs.
im not super fat but I live in a big city most girls here are slender or fit or have slight curves but still a flat stomach

I'm thinking if they were interested enough to take you out and sleep with you, they were already attracted to you, regardless of your size. Maybe they were put off a little at sex, but you don't look that much different with clothes, your shape. Given your age range, I'm thinking they weren't looking for a relationship.
I would try working out with that guy that offered, just to see how it goes. Maybe you'll grow closer with him, just do it for fun at the least.

you're overweight, it'd probably be best to lose some weight mainly for health reasons and because you'll probably feel better too. you'd probably be best at 130-165 lbs. plus that should help with sagging/cellulite a little bit.

one said he would work out with me one then cause he felt I was holding myself back by just accepting my size. i guess we are friends but he was clear that’s all but maybe I should take him up on that offer
