Why would a guy keep you on Snapchat even if he deleted you on Instagram?

Guy told me he was still mad at me about something which o didn’t agree with and frantically deleted me on insta and WhatsApp. I also checked Snapchat and was surprised to see he didn’t delete me there so I did it myself. Wtf is going on?

He was so rude lol. He had lent me his glasses but he never really asked for them back. Anyway because he deleted me I broke his glasses. He has not contacted me since the fight so I don’t think he cares about the glasses. But yeah he was so eager to get me out of his life I don't know how he furgot Snapchat

Perhaps it's his open door incase he wants to crawl back, personally I closed all those doors and opened another one in another direction but some people live in the past I guess
