So my friends and I were watching “Mike and Dave need Wedding dates” and there is this scene where there is an inappropriate massage scene. I’ll link it:

doesn’t show the whole thing bc again its rated R very inappropriate scene. The movie takes place in Hawaii (US) and when something inappropriate was happening my friend asked “what country is this in?” Kinda laughing. I said united states. And he said in a chuckle “I’m having a hard time believing that xD” and I don't know why I thought it was an off comment my mind immediately went to “are u saying that can’t happen in the us or something?” I might be taking it too seriously. Am I? Was is a rude comment of him? Again the movie is pure comedy so he could’ve been joking or whatever. It was the “I’m having a hard time believing this is us” part that got me. He himself is NOT from the US just a disclaimer. Am I overthinking?

Only in the US would the producers make such kind of inappropriate clip and have it rated "R". They are fully aware that children may see the clip but for them, morals are unimportant as long as money flows into the pockets of the producers.

Do you honestly think that they care whether pornographic content is showed at prime time on TV? There are enough government officials that do endorse that kind of visuals because a great number of people can profit financially from those doubtful productions.

If those producers would have just a small amount of decency and respect, they would not have the clip rated "R" but would assign it a much stricter rating. However, that would mean that the show would have to move from prime time to a later broadcasting.
