I rejected him over a month ago and I still don't know what to do?

A guy told me how he felt about me and I told him I didn't feel the same way. Ever since I haven't known what to do and I've been taking this out on him. We don't really speak anymore even though we have to see each other almost every day and the times we have spoken haven't been on good terms because, as I said, I keep taking the fact I don't know what to do out on him.

I'm confused. You say this question is about guy's behavior, yet it appears your behavior is what is in question. Until you define what you're open to and start treating him the way you want to be treated, this will continue to be dysfunctional. You can move on if you wish, but stop taking it out on him, just because he was open and honest with his feelings. Girls often complain that guys don't share their feelings. This is a good example of the types of reasons they don't share their feelings.

I can't speak for other men, only for myself. When a girl rejects me that's it, never another chance. Not my problem if she didn't realize what I was offering:)
