We are in (middle school), when I start ingore him he wants my attention and try to make me look at him, and when my friend asked him he likes me or not, he said no

You're very young, and at that age you can expect all of those sorts of "games". He could actually like you but is bad at admitting it, or he is confused about it and doesn't understand his feelings, or he actually doesn't like you back, but he enjoys attention anyway because he is selfish. I think you should wait for more obvious signals, but in the meanwhile trying to focus on someone else. Staying too much at his games and wondering if they mean something over and over will hurt you, unless he actually makes a clear move towards you but so far, if he didn't, better trying to avoid him a bit. Other guys will be much more clear and coherent with their words. Also, if that guy enjoys attention, he might try to get you back harder, if you get into someone else. It's toxic but things go like that, often.
