Why did he unblock me when he has a girlfriend?

I've been with this guy for a long time. It ended badly he didn't block on whats app and instagram. I deleted his number.
He found a new girlfriend. After a few months, I saw him in the city and he couldn't take his eyes off me.
I created a new account on instagram and he looked at my story a couple of times. His brother followed me, recently answered my story and asked if the smile was real or fake, he was with his brother that night.
The other day I accidentally got back all the deleted numbers and I noticed that it unblocked me on both viber and whatss app. On whatss he holds pictures with a girl. I don't understand why he unblocked me? Why that?

And sometimes when someone buy new phone or download whatsapp again then the numbers are unblocked... ik this cuz this happened w me too... so maybeeee maybe that happened

And other possibility is like when u wana catch up on ex like whats up whats in life n all tho they dont wana leave their current partener but just to have a little side talk/chat at times

Sometimes this is done to make you jealous also the grass isn't always greener on the other side so that could be happening with him really hard to say.

He probably did not think of it as a big thing. I think maybe you mwsh it meant something or maybe you still have feelings for him since you are the one noticing all of the little things he is or isn't doing. Just forget about him or what he does. If he tries to reach out to you, at that point you will be able to decide whether you want to even be friends with him or not

He saw you and thought “damn she looks good.” He unblocked you because even though he’s probably with another female you could be an option if it’s rocky or if it doesn’t work out.
