we have a dedicated muscle somewhere in our gut... especially to suck in our stomach instantly and hold our breath in an attempt to look better, and especially with any girl shows up in the room... lmao

doesn't matter how confident or insecure, how in shape or out of shape you are... this muscle will always react more or less but it will do it somehow
