Will he try to approach me again after missing a chance?

I was leaving work and usually my guy co-workers
would walk me to my car. I recognized a guy I was
attracted to and I didn't pay any attention and
decided to purchase a case of water as I was
leaving my shift. I noticed that I caught his eye as
well as the moment we checked out at the same
time he sped walk to the exit.
My guy co-worker rushed out the break room near
the exit as well and the guy I'm attracted to gave
him a look. As the guy is attempting to approach me
I can sense he's coming closer.. my co-worker
swoops in front of him.
I was sorta annoyed but didn't want to show it too
much.
If this guy is genuinely interested do you think he'll
come back to the store again and approach?

I think you are projecting/imagining parts of this.
Your friend coming out of the break room... the guy probably looked at him because he was near him etc. (not significant)
How do you know this guy was coming to talk to you?
Your friend 'swooped in'... what does that mean? Did they talk to each other?
