When do you know that he only wanted or wants just sex from you?

When do you know that he only wanted or wants just sex from you?, how can you know it before and after (although that can be easily know if he ghosts you or leaves without explanation)?, is there some clue with the time of dating (eg. he wants to have it as soon as possible, before 3, 6, 9 or 12 months of waiting, just saying a number, but I am sure that it is before the 6 months)?
