Why would a guy not answer his text all day?

I asked to meet up later today and he still hasn't responded... I am a mix of worried but also sad.

Also he's someone I like/likes me back.

There have been times where I lost my phone for a day or two. People can get kind of mad haha. Also, if he's super, super busy, it may slip his mind. Everyone knows what it's like to be so engrossed in something that you blink and 12+ hours have passed. If this is an unusual occurrence, I wouldn't let it bother ya too badly.

Well chances are he's busy but in all actually nobody's ever too busy for anything. You make time for those things or people that you deem important or worthy of your time.

His workplace may be like mine. No phones in the work place. We can check them on our breaks.
