What are we supposed to get in there stood up because we're peeing in the same your little sometimes if you got a big long urinal just line up and pee I really can't see they're being anything to be embarrassed about it

There is something like 'toilet etiquette', that most of us men knows instinctively :)
There's no embarrassment unless you break the rules

We are used to urinals and usually use them according to the "One Urinal Rule"
One Urinal Rule is the act of placing your self in a public restroom where there is at least one urinal between you and the nearest other person in the room. We may feel uncomfortable when someone violates that unwritten rule when there are clearly other available urinals they could have used to conform to that rule. It exists to kind of preserve a little personal space.

Not exactly embarrassed but, not exactly thrilled that there's someone else nearby that could POSSIBLY see your knob and what you might be doing. It'd be similar, I guess, to you walking into a public bathroom to find nothing but toilets and no stalls around them so, you and every other girl would have to do your business in front of everyone else and risk then seeing or even watching you and commenting on how you're doing it.

No because we don't look at each other. It's just normal and don't think about it. Often barriers/dividers in place also at the urinals, so even if were one to look at another, it's not like it's easy. Assuming that's what you mean by embarrassment? We literally don't see anything ever.
