Is it natural for guys to start becoming rude to a girl if they reject them or tell them they're not attracted to them?

I understand it's hard to hear that someone you like doesn't like you back or isn't attracted to you, but is it really necessary to be rude to the girl or start insulting her as a result? If a guy I like doesn't want me, I feel upset, but I wouldn't ever be rude to them or insult them, I would just leave them & go through my emotions on my own without taking it out on the guy.

Sometimes men don't know how to handle their emotions when they feel or experience rejection from someone.

So they become nasty as a way to deal with it.

No, but often how younger guys especially handle it (not very maturely). And everyone handles rejection differently. But a suggestion to women that will help somewhat with some guys is don't make it personal or "point the figure" by saying that you don't find them attractive. Even if that's the truth, they don't need to know that as it only hurts their feelings even more (think if it was you). You just simply tell them you aren't interested, no need to tell them it's because you're not attracted to them. And you can also thank them for asking you. I had one women do this (even if it wasn't true), I felt that she was glad I asked her, even though she wasn't interested. With me anyway, this helped at lot as far as "softening the blow". It made the rejection less hurtful as I didn't feel bad for approaching her, even though it didn't go in my favor.

Unfortunately, there are guys that are either too immature, or have too fragile an ego to handle rejection and turn into assholes. I've never understood it. Just take it and move on, no need to show your ass.
