This guy I'm dating for quite a bit told me he's not ready for relationship but he still wants to see me and hangout. What should I do?

Only you can decide that. It depends how you feel about him. Can you remain friends (or want to even)? Or do you like him too much for that? If you can't do it, just tell him that and end it. Just say something like "I'm interested and looking for a relationship, and it's fine if you don't want that, but because I like you, I can't remain friends".
