That depends very much on the context. I say that to maybe 50% of my best friends but when i do, it is with a valid reason. Usually it is of course only about temporary little things, in that case it is not an insult. It would on the other hand be insulting if it is about something that you do every day.

Well i guess the drunk and too much part is it. IMHO definitely no insult and if you like my advice, just don't interpret too much into it. Might be that he shortly imagined a threesome with your sister or such, such things just happen in mens brain but dont mean anything at all. Again, don't take what i say too serious, who knows what was going on in his brain that very moment but it was just a moment :D

It could honestly go either way. He could mean that you’re crazy as in exciting and fun, or he could also mean that you’re literally crazy lol.
