Guys how do you act towards a girl who likes you, if you don’t like her back?

I will assume you're talking about single guys. In that case they will be friendly and talk to you sometimes but they won't ever reveal too much about themselves or make an effort to get to know you better.
Always remember: if you have to wonder if a man is into you, he probably isn't. Men tend to be obvious. If you're talking late into the night and talking almost daily and having deep conversations.. then that's a good sign to ask him if he is into you.

This guy keeps asking me to tell him why I act shy around him. He says he knows the reason (that I like him) but still wants me to tell him. He replies to my stories all the time and states, but idk….. does he like me?

You should definitely start talking to him and see how it goes for a month or so. Or you could be direct and just ask

But isn’t it weird that he is insisting that I tell him how I feel, if he is indeed not interested in me? I feel that’s sort of cruel…?

That's the thing about telling someone how you feel. If theyre asking you, odds are they might have feelings too. But you can never be sure. If I were you I would just take the risk and tell him and whatever happens afterwards is not in our control.

Yeah I know. But I mean, one thing is me volunteering that information. Making me admit it, is something else. He has been asking over the course of 3 months…. I’m too scared because he told me earlier he wasn’t ready for a relationship

Yep. You can't make someone like you. If they say they're not onto you then you should remove yourself and move onto better things

I don’t. But we are friends and have been for over a year and I don’t want to lose our friendship. But I feel like he is ruining our friendship by asking me to confess

Id suggest u let him go. Even if he shares your feelings I don't think he is a good person and will only give you a toxic relationship
