Should I block him from TikTok or should I just leave it?

I don’t have him on Instagram or Facebook ( he did try to add me on Instagram after this happened but I declined it as he has pictures of him and his girlfriend on there and I didn’t wish to see that and i didn’t want him to see what I was up to either so don’t get why he would add me on there to be honest ) I only have him on TikTok where he posts silly videos and I do too and WhatsApp where we don’t text each other. I’m not sure if to just leave him on my tiktok where he likes all my videos or remove him from my tiktok? Basically his my brothers best friend, we both said we liked each other and kissed when drunk at a family party, he said he would like to be with me one day but he has a girlfriend right now ( I know it’s bad that we kissed and I feel awful for it but it just happened )

I would block him from everything knowing he’s fantasying but will never pursue it fully. Decide it is not going to happen and move on. It’s kind of Creepy
