And i believe, because an older guy I listen to said so and it matches with my life, girls can't respect a dude smaller than another that they know.

Yeah if you're bigger you get more points on passive respect, doesn't mean all women will respect you tho just cus your bigger. Many of them have their own issues so take that into account.
You eill still have to learn to stand up for yourself, its the behavioural character that they value.
