Why would a guy mention my birth month on his story? Why would he change his profile picture after I changed mine?

I don't know if it means anything but this guy posted about my birth month on his story. He posted the story back in May, but he wrote something like this on his story "we got different spirit in September". Why would he post something about September if it was posted in May? He posted the story in may, so I don't understand why he even mentioned September. September is still 4 months away, right?, So why he even mentioned my birth month on his story? Does he remember my birthday? Not only that, but this guy literally changed his profile picture immediately after I changed mine. What could be the reason?
