He copy’s my words and phrases?

In arguments he copy’s little things I say, then throws them
back at me.

He doesn’t seem to do it to annoy me, but it’s he type of language I use, he takes it and recycles it into a new sentence a minute later... and all the while I’m thinking “I just said that same thing to you, just a bit earlier.”

You know his heart, however, people who usually do that are either infatuated by our way or sarcastic as hell. Hopefully, he’s not Creepy🙃. Ask him why he does that. If you like something in his own self then point it out. The only attention he is receiving is “being like you”.

Sounds like he has big sisters or maybe divorced at least twice.
It's what petty women do and it was probably pretty effective at just pissing him off so now he does it.
