Why he copies me?

In arguments he brings up things I’ve said to him. For instance, I will say “your acting like a child.”

Then a month later he says the same to me in an argument. Despite it making no sense. I find it very bizarre cause it doesn’t always fit. I’ve noticed this a lot.

That’s a big red flag 🚩🚩🚩 it means he’s childish and rather than thinking of an actual argument or making a point he just spouts off an “I know you are, but what am I?”

"I will say 'your acting like a child'" Don't say things like that. It's not helpful to anyone. It sounds like you both could use some counseling.

We are no longer together. The reason I referred to him as a child was because he was acting incredibly childish at the time, blaming me for his mistakes then ignoring me. I said it once in frustration, and now he uses it constantly.

I needed his new address to send him a valentines card cause I know he’s stressed and we still keep in touch and I don’t want him to feel alone cause he’s under pressure atm. So I brought one saying “friend” and texted him asking where to send it (I often still send letters) and he left me a voice message saying “I’m fucking driving.” He just has some weird behaviour sometimes.
