To me I feel like it indicates a hookup but it could also be a date.

  I guess it depends on the context. If he invites you out then it's probably a date but if he says come over it's likey a hook up. Just depends how his messages look as well.

  I want a relationship tho. there's a time that he really be clingy like texting me all day n talk bout link up n stuff.. but also next few days shut me up for like almost 20hours. So i dont know what he really want
